I purchased a watch online at SkyWatches, a Singapore based online retailer.Afterwards, they sent me an email saying that they didn't have it in stock.
So, I removed the order on the website and purchased the same product from a different online retailer. I also emailed them to cancel the order. They then replied to me that they have "managed to find it in stock and therefore shipped it". I then sent an email of complaint, and their response was, "all sales are final".
Therefore I couldn't return the item.
They did not give me any guidelines or policies regarding refunds or returns before the transaction made through PayPal was completed.I'm still requesting the refund, but I haven't heard from them since then.
